Privacy Policy

The short version: this site has no tracking cookies, no analytics pixels, and no ad trackers. We collect what you type into a form, use it for exactly what the form says, and sell it to no one. You can see your full scan report without giving us anything.
1. What we collect
- What you submit. If you ask for a PDF report, register for the webinar, or request the DIY guide, we store what you entered: email, name if given, business website if given, and which session you picked.
- Scan inputs. The website URL you scan, so we can generate your report.
- Standard server logs. IP address and browser type, like every web server on the internet. Used for abuse prevention, kept briefly.
That's the whole list. Viewing the site, reading the report, and browsing pricing require nothing from you.
2. What we use it for
- Sending you the specific thing you asked for: your report, your webinar join link and reminders, or the DIY guide.
- If you become a client: running your service and sending your monthly proof map.
We don't do cold drip campaigns to scan users. If you asked for one PDF, you get one PDF.
3. Who we share it with
No one, except the service providers needed to deliver the above: our email delivery provider (to send what you requested) and Stripe (payments — your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers). We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
4. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or pixels. Everything is served from maptakeover.com.
5. For clients
Delivering the service requires manager access to your Google Business Profile, which means we process business data inside your Google account: reviews, insights, photos, profile settings. We use it only to deliver the service, and access ends when you cancel.
6. Retention and deletion
Form submissions are kept while they're useful for what you requested, and client records for the length of the engagement plus normal accounting requirements. Want anything deleted? Email hello@maptakeover.com from the address in question and it's done — no forms, no waiting period, no retention specialist trying to talk you out of it.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in any way that matters, we'll note the new date at the top and email anyone whose data is affected by the change.
