Here's what the map sees.

This is the same report every paying customer gets monthly. Yours, with your real numbers, is one scan away.

Where you actually rank

49 points, 1 mile apart, searched from each spot like a real customer standing there.

Visible in 9 of 49 locations

18% Share of Local Voice. That's the percent of your service area where you show up in the top 3. Customers in the red zone are calling someone else.

The competitor gap

What the businesses outranking you are doing differently.

Review pace matters more than review totals. They're pulling away every month you wait.

Do AI assistants recommend you?

More people now ask ChatGPT and Gemini for "a good HVAC company near me." Here's who they name.

ChatGPT Doesn't mention you

Perplexity Recommends you

Fix these first

Ranked by how much map they win back, in plain English.

  1. Your category says "Contractor." It should say "HVAC contractor." Google can't rank you for searches it doesn't know you serve.
    High
  2. Competitors add 11 reviews a month. You add 1. A simple ask-after-every-job system closes this gap.
    High
  3. Two duplicate listings are splitting your reviews. Google sees three weak businesses instead of one strong one.
    High
  4. Your website never names the cities you serve. The page Google reads should say where you work, in words.
    Medium
  5. Your hours say closed weekends. You answer weekend calls. Google hides "closed" businesses from weekend searchers.
    Medium

You've been burned before.
So has everyone else.

If you own a local business, your phone rings every week with a "Google specialist" who found a problem with your listing. Three sentences we hear from owners every single week:

"I paid a guy $99 a month for a year. Nothing happened."The cheap-package trap
"By month 3, nothing. By month 6, I couldn't get anyone on the phone."The 12-month lock-in
"Getting out of the contract cost me two grand."The exit fee
This isn't paranoia. One robocall operation placed roughly 75 million calls in seven weeks, all opening with the same "problem with your Google listing" script. The FTC shut it down and mailed $1.8 million in refunds to 4,467 defrauded business owners.

Scammers cold-call you with problems. We show you a live map before you pay a cent.

How it works

No jargon, no mystery reports. Three things happen, and you can see all three.

Scan

See the map, free

We scan 49 points across your service area, size up your three closest competitors, and check whether AI assistants recommend you. You see everything before spending a dollar.

Fix

We fix what actually matters

The right categories on your profile. A review engine that runs after every job. The one page Google reads, rebuilt. Fake and duplicate competitor listings reported and removed.

Prove

Watch the map turn green

Every month you get the same map, rescanned. Green spreads or it doesn't. No jargon-filled PDF can argue with a map.

What we won't sell you

Daily posts and geotagged photos. Published ranking tests show they don't move rankings, so we don't charge you for them. Everything in our playbook is anchored to the surveyed local ranking factors, and we'll show you which one each task maps to.

One flat price. Cancel any month.

The 90-day greener-map guarantee

Same grid, same radius, same keywords, rescanned monthly. If your map isn't greener after 90 days, we work free until it is. The map settles it, not us.

What's one customer worth to you?

Businesses in the map pack take 44% of the clicks on a local search page. Pick your industry and do the math on ten extra calls a month.

Ten calls is the conservative case. Documented moves from position 5 into the top 3 have added as many as 142 calls a month.

Fair questions

How long until my phone rings more?
Honest answer: real movement takes 60 to 90 days, and anyone promising faster is guessing or lying. Some fixes bite quickly. Fixing a wrong category or wrong hours often moves a neglected profile within 2 to 4 weeks. Reviews and page rebuilds compound over the following two months. Either way, you see the map every month, so you're never wondering.
Is this against Google's rules?
No. Everything we do follows Google's Business Profile guidelines: accurate categories, real reviews from real customers, honest business information. The only rule-breaking involved is on the other side. We report competitors' fake and keyword-stuffed listings, and Google removes them. That's us enforcing the rules, not bending them.
What if it doesn't work?
Two protections. First, there's no contract, so you can cancel any month and owe nothing more. Second, the guarantee: we measure your visible area on the same map grid, same radius, same agreed keywords every month. If your map isn't greener after 90 days, we work free until it is. And if our scan shows you don't have room to grow, we'll tell you before you pay, not after.
Why so cheap compared to agencies?
Agencies doing this work charge $1,200 to $3,000 a month, and the good boutiques start at $3,000. Their cost is people. Ours isn't: AI does the repetitive work, and senior judgment handles the calls that matter. You're not paying for an account manager's salary, and it shows in the price, not the results.
Do I need a new website?
Usually no. Google's map ranking mostly cares about one page: the one your profile links to. Rebuilding that single page is included in Takeover. If the rest of your site is old, it can wait. We'll never upsell you a site you don't need.
Can you guarantee #1?
No, and nobody honest can. Rankings on Google Maps change block by block because distance is a ranking factor. That's exactly why we measure with a map instead of a single number: we guarantee your visible area grows, and we show you the map either way.
